José Ignacio Hernández, one of Venezuela's preeminent public law scholars and practitioners who was named Special Prosecutor for the interim government led by Juan Guaido, will give a brief presentation on the current political and economic situation of the country, the rise and fall of the opposition, and the recent attempts of Maduro to reinvent himself.
