Caio Mario da Silva Pereira Neto

Caio Mario da Silva Pereira Neto holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of São Paulo, Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Doctorate (J.S.D.) degrees from Yale Law School (USA). Caio was a resident fellow at the Yale Information Society between 2002 and 2005, during his JSD research. He is a Law Professor at Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in São Paulo (FGV). Caio is a specialist on competition law and regulation, with extensive expertise in both the private and public sectors. His current research focuses on telecom regulation, Internet of Things (IoT) and competition law applied to digital platforms.
