Charles M. Nathan is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is a Senior Advisor at RLM Finsbury, a global communications counseling firm and a Senior Fellow of the Conference Board Corporate Governance Center. The author of numerous articles and monographs on M&A and corporate governance topics, he has a long history of involvement in bar association and pro bono CLE activities. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at Columbia Law School. He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and from Yale Law School, where he was editor of the Yale Law Journal
