Heather Cherry is Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Since 2014, she has also been an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division for the District of Connecticut. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2012, where she was a Coker Fellow and a Teaching Assistant in the Constitutional Litigation Seminar. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Mark R. Kravitz (D. Conn.), the Honorable Stefan Underhill (D. Conn.), and the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also holds degrees from the Harvard University School of Business Administration and Wellesley College.
