Heather Coleman

Heather L. Coleman is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. She is an associate in the General Practice Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she represents public and private companies in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets offerings, and advises institutions, boards, and senior executives on compensation matters in corporate transactions and in an advisory role. She also has an active corporate governance and restructuring practice. She holds degrees from Yale Law School and Washington and Lee University. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Chagares of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
