• Cloud file storage of 50GB.  Upload files up to 15GB in size.
• Optional desktop install of Box Sync client to automatically sync files between desktop and cloud
• Students have the option to transfer their Box account to a personal account upon graduation and retain 50GB storage capacity
• Simple Web Interface 
• Collaborate with colleagues anywhere, from any device, at any time
• Uploaded files are private unless you choose to share them
• Maintains history of files

User Requirements

• Active NetID
• Can be used to store 1 or 2-lock data (secure 3-lock data requires Secure Box Service - refer to University IT Box at Yale for more information)
