Ji Ma

Ji MA is a Research Associate with the China, Law and Development Project at Oxford University. Previously, he was a Senior C.V. Starr Lecturer at Peking University School of Transnational Law. He had won the Excellence Award in the Peking University 20th junior faculty teaching competition. He earned his LL.M. from Yale Law School, Juris Doctor and Juris Master from Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL). While at Yale, he was a research assistant for Prof. Henry Hansmann and Prof. Oona Hathaway; he was also a student fellow for the Yale Cyber Leadership Forum.
His interests are in multinational corporations, international economic law, and national security. His articles have appeared in the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, Asian Journal of Comparative Law, Michigan State International Law Review, and as book chapters published by Springer and Routledge. He had been an article editor for Yale Journal on Regulation and Yale Journal of Law and Technology, a staff editor for the Yearbook on International Investment Law and Policy.
