Jianwei Zhao is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of International Studies, Peking University. Since 2014, he has been affiliated with the Institute of International and Strategic Studies at Peking University and currently serves as a program officer. His research focuses on Cold War history, science and technology policy, and U.S.-China relations. His papers, including co-authored works, have appeared in both English-language journals, such as China International Strategy Review and Foreign Affairs, and Chinese journals, such as the Journal of International Studies and International Forum. He has also published commentaries in China Daily and China-US Focus Digest. Dr. Zhao received his Ph.D. from Peking University. At the Paul Tsai China Center, he will explore issues related to technology innovation, economic security, and U.S. foreign policy.
