Jiefeng Lu is an associate professor at the University of International Business and Economics School of Law in Beijing, where his research and teaching focus on employment discrimination law and comparative law. He has also represented plaintiffs in ground-breaking anti-discrimination litigation in China, including China’s first-ever lawsuit against discrimination based on Hepatitis B status. Professor Lu holds an S.J.D. and an LL.M. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, as well as an LL.B. from Sichuan University School of Law. While at the Paul Tsai China Center, his research will focus on how to establish employer liability for workplace sexual harassment under Chinese law.
