Michael Kimberly is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, where he co-directs the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic. He is also a partner with Mayer Brown. Kimberly specializes in briefing and arguing appeals. He has argued dozens of cases, including in appeals before the Supreme Court of the United States, the en banc courts of appeals, and federal and state appellate courts around the country. He received his A.B., summa cum laude, from Princeton University; his M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania; and his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and executive editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review.
