Tobin Raju is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law and Associate Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. He previously served as the Stanton First Amendment Fellow for the First Amendment Clinic at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he contributed to the clinic’s litigation and advocacy efforts to defend and advance the rights of free speech, press, assembly, and petition and supervised the clinic’s student attorneys. From 2017 to 2021, Tobin was an associate with the law firm Cahill, Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, where his practice focused on First Amendment and media law and represented media organizations and reporters.
