Valere Ndior

Valère Ndior is a Full Professor of Law at the University of Bretagne occidentale and a Junior member of the Institut universitaire de France. He is also President of the Francophone Network of International Law and member of the Board of Directors of the French Branch of the International Law Association. His research focuses on international law and digital law, most notably social media governance and social media regulation.

He recently edited the Dictionary of International Current Affairs (in French, Pedone, 2021) and co-edited the book International issues of digital activities (in French, co-ed. C. Castets-Renard and L. Rass-Masson, Larcier, 2020, International forum on cybersecurity Academic Research Award 2021). He has written several contributions regarding social media governance, online moderation, digital diplomacy, personal data, internet shutdowns and cybersecurity.
