Lauren Blas ’12: Partner at Gibson Dunn
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is promoting Lauren Blas ’12 to partnership, effective January 1, 2021.
Blas practices in the firm's Los Angeles office. She focuses on complex litigation and class actions in the trial courts and on appeal. In 2012, she graduated from Yale Law School, where she served as managing editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She clerked for Judge Sandra S. Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Blas was named a “Rising Star” in Appellate Litigation in Southern California by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2021 Ones to Watch in Labor and Employment.
