Michael D. Gadarian '05 Elected new Member at Bousquet Holstein PLLC

Syracuse, NY – Bousquet Holstein PLLC is pleased to announce that Michael D. Gadarian ’05 has been elected a new Member of the firm.

Michael D. Gadarian has served as an Associate Attorney for the firm. He has litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas, including complex commercial litigation, labor and employment, insurance and re-insurance, and disputes among partners and members in partnerships and limited liability companies. He has experience in both federal and state court and has argued cases in trial and appellate venues.

In addition to his litigation practice, Michael has assisted clients with various special and complex projects, including consulting with non-for-profit entities on various requirements of the Not For Profit Corporation Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a law clerk to three different federal judges and spent time practicing at a litigation-focused law firm in Philadelphia. Michael is a graduate of Yale Law School and Rutgers College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Newland Center for Adult Learning and Literacy, and recently served on the Strategic Planning Committee for On Point for College. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Michael lives in Jamesville with his wife, Shana and their two children, Jonah and Ethan.
