Professor Alec Stone Sweet Gives Keynote Address at the Annual Seminar of the European Court of Human Rights
On January 31, 2014, Professor Alec Stone Sweet, Leitner Professor of International Law, Politics and International Studies at Yale Law School, gave a keynote address at the Annual Seminar of the European Court of Human Rights. His address, titled “From the Point of View of National Judiciaries: The Role of National Courts in the Implementation of the Court’s Judgments,” was delivered on the occasion of the Solemn Hearing of the Court on the Opening of the New Judicial Year, 2014.
