Professor Macey Testifies Before House Committee
Jonathan Macey ’82, Sam Harris Professor of Corporate Law, Corporate Finance and Securities Law, testified on November 19, 2015, before the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. The hearing was titled “Oversight of the Financial Stability Oversight Council: Due Process and Transparency in Non-Bank SIFI Designations.” In addition to Professor Macey, Professor Hal Scott of Harvard Law School, Adam White of the Hoover Institution, and Professor Robert Hockett ’03 LLM, ’06 JSD of Cornell Law School testified.
