Panel Discussion To Compare Latin American Security Regimes to U.S. ‘War on Terror’

A panel discussion titled “Disappearance and Extraordinary Rendition: Comparing Latin American Security Regimes to the U.S. ‘War on Terror’” will be held February 7 at Yale Law School.
