Prof. Riethmueller will be presenting his research paper: 11th Hour Option Discounting The Significance of IPO Prognostications in Fixing Equity Compensation.
Professor Riethmueller is a Clinical Associate Professor at Yale Law School and the inaugural Director of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic at Yale Law School. Prior to founding the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic, Professor Riethmueller was in private practice, including as a law firm partner at a national law firm and an international law firm. He has practiced law for more than 25 years, including in Boston, New York, London, Frankfurt, and Las Vegas. Professor Riethmueller has also served in in-house positions, including as the global general counsel and a member of the senior management of a publicly traded life sciences company. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
