The Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law invites you to the 2019 Weil, Gotshal & Manges Roundtable on "Ten Years after the Global Financial Crisis: An Assessment."    

* Papers and readings for the panel discussion will be posted to the Center's website by Friday, February 15, 2019

Yellen Professor of Finance and Management, Yale School of Management; Daniel K. Tarullo, Visiting Professor of Law, Harvard Law School, and former Governor of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and Member of the Federal Open Market Committee; and Sir Paul Tucker, Chair of the Systemic Risk Council, Research Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government, Harvard Kennedy School, and former Deputy Governor of the Bank of England.

Moderator: Roberta Romano '80, YLS Sterling Professor of Law and Director, YLS Center for the Study of Corporate Law.

** CLE Credit

Yale Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of CLE programs.  The following credits are available:

  • 1.5 CLE credit hours in Professional Practice for attending the entirety of Paper Presentation I from 10:00 am to 11:20 am.
  • 1.5 CLE credit hours in Professional Practice for attending the entirety of Paper Presentation II from 11:35 am to 12:55 pm. 
  • 2.0 CLE credit hours in Professional Practice for attending the entirety of the Panel Discussion from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

The above CLE credit hours are appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Preregistration is required for CLE credit; please tell us whether you would like CLE credit when you RSVP.  You must be present for the entirety of the paper presentation or panel discussion to receive CLE credit for that presentation or discussion; we cannot give CLE credit for partial presentation or discussion attendance.
