The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy invites you to join us for another installation in our the year-long series on The ADA @ 30. We will be joined by leading experts in disability law to discuss the future of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Jasmine E. Harris '05 is a Professor of Law and Martin Luther King, Jr. Hall Research Scholar at the University of California—Davis School of Law. Professor Harris is an expert in disability law, antidiscrimination law, and evidence. Professor Harris’s recent articles have or will appear in such publications as the Columbia Law Review, New York University Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review (print and online), Yale Law Journal Forum, Cornell Law Review Online, American Journal of Law and Medicine, and the Journal of Legal Education. Professor Harris also writes frequently about disability and equality law for popular audiences.
- Elizabeth Pendo Elizabeth Pendo is the Joseph J. Simeone Professor of Law and a member of the Center for Health Law Studies at the Saint Louis University School of Law. She is an expert in disability law and legal theory, health law and policy, and bioethics, and her research focuses on greater access to health care and health equity, work opportunities, and full participation in society for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
