Applied Excel and PowerPoint Best Practices – Pt I in Financial Modeling

This three-hour workshop will provide an overview of Excel and PowerPoint best practices that are vital to efficiency and speed in the production of financial models and other business deliverables commonly produced by Wall Street and other finance professionals. The course will cover the following:

• Excel best practices

• Working with client data (Text)

• Analyzing data (LOOKUPs, INDEX, MATCH, SUM, COUNT functions and pivot tables)

• PowerPoint best practices 

The Financial Literacy Workshop Series will be taught by Alex Sue, former Merrill Lynch investment banker and Stanford Law School graduate, from Training the Street.
