The Connecticut Supreme Court will be holding its “On Circuit” program. The justices will hear two arguments, SC 20728 State v. Correa4 (10 a.m.) and SC 21074 Johnson v. Superior Court5 (11:30 a.m.).
After the hearing for each case, there will be a 20-minute Q&A period with the attorneys, moderated by Professor Cristina Rodríguez.
Judicial marshals and security personnel will be on the premises on that day as required by the justices.
Entry to the event will be through the Grove Street door. Anyone attending must go through a thorough bag screening process by judicial marshals and pass through metal detectors. We recommend not bringing any bags to the event.
Members of the Yale community should bring Yale IDs to sign in; IDs from Yale Law School must include the most recent copper-colored YLS sticker.
Please note that one can only exit the event at 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. when arguments conclude.
