Join the Solomon Center, in collaboration with the Liman Center for Public Interest Law, for a discussion exploring the role that health and disability law can play in advancing classic civil rights claims, particularly in cases involving issues like long-term incarceration, diversion and mental health treatment, and solitary confinement.

Speakers will include: 

  • Pardiss Kebriaei, Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law and Senior Liman Fellow in Residence
  • Dr. Lisa Puglisi, Director of the Transitions Clinic and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Yale School of Medicine
