This 3-hour course (part 1 of 2) will provide exposure to foundational accounting conventions and financial statement structure so participants can become comfortable with accounting terms and foundational calculations as used in financial statement analysis.

o Foundational concepts and three-statement relationships
o Balance sheet
o Income statement and EBIT

The Financial Literacy Workshop Series will be taught by Alex Lue, former Merrill Lynch investment banker and Stanford Law School graduate, from Training the Street.

These workshops are open to YLS students only.
