Erika M. Douglas is an Assistant Professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, and a fellow with the Thurman Arnold Project at Yale School of Management. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection of antitrust, data privacy and intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on the application of legal theory to new technology. Her recent articles have appeared in Yale Law Journal Forum, Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Prior to joining Temple, Professor Douglas practiced antitrust law at the Silicon Valley office of Covington & Burling LLP.
