OSA is offering Health and Wellness Yoga sessions at Soul Sweat New Haven every other Friday during the Fall! These sessions are designed to help you relax, recharge, and build strength both mentally and physically. Led by experienced instructors in a welcoming environment, each class focuses on mindfulness, breathing techniques, and a variety of yoga poses suitable for all levels. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come take a break from your routine and invest in your well-being. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please make sure to bring your own Yoga mat for the session, if you would like to purchase a mat you can do so at the studio before the session!
