Mathias Risse is the Berthold Beitz Professor in Human Rights, Global Affairs, and Philosophy and the Director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. His most recent book is Political Theory of the Digital Age: Where Artificial Intelligence Might Take Us. He is currently finishing a book called Indigenous Thought: Towards a Renewed Engagement in the 21st Century. A long time ago, his first job was at Yale.
