The Law, Ethics & Animals Program at Yale Law School will be joined by Professor Matthew Hayek, Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at New York University and affiliated faculty with the NYU Center for Data Science. In this lunch talk, Professor Hayek will discuss his work on how industrial animal agriculture fuels the climate crisis and the policymaking needed to ameliorate its worst impacts.
