The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School, the Georgetown University Health Justice Alliance, and Penn State Dickinson Law are pleased to announce a conference focused on academic Medical-Legal Partnerships to be held on March 2-3, 2023, at Yale Law School. The conference will convene the most experienced, thoughtful, and innovative MLP scholars, researchers, and clinical teachers for a series of panels and workshops to discuss the most important topics in MLP, including racial justice, data and research, policy impact, and the path forward for our academic MLP movement.
In conjunction with the conference, the host organizations will be guest editing a special issue of the Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics. We issued a Call for Papers. Authors will be contacted about presenting at the conference and/or publishing their papers in the JLME symposium issue.
Registration is now open! This event is free to attend, but space is limited. More information and a full conference schedule will be posted on the conference website soon. Please reach out to James Bhandary-Alexader, Medical-Legal Partnership Legal Director at james.bhandary-alexander@yale.edu with any questions you might have.
