Overview of the Equal Justice Works Fellowship

Apr. 17, 2023
12:10PM - 1:00PM
SLB Room 120
Open to the YLS Community Only

Equal Justice Works (EJW) is one of the two leading project-based public interest fellowships in the country, funding over 70 fellows each year. It provides fellows with two years of support to work on projects that they design to help underserved communities in a wide range of subject areas and locations. Kristin Fruit, a Senior Program Manager at EJW, will answer questions and discuss the fellowship process, including applicant eligibility, timelines, host organizations, project development, resources, and required materials. YLS graduates and recently selected fellows will share their experiences. This is a great opportunity to hear about the fellowship from someone who knows the program well.
