This is the final session of the Procedural Justice workshop.
Procedural justice speaks to the idea of fair processes, and how people’s perception of fairness is strongly impacted by the quality of their experiences and not only the end result of these experiences. Leaders who prioritize procedural justice practices are more likely to achieve improved satisfaction from those they lead and serve. Procedural justice theory has been applied to various settings within organizations, educational settings, and the civil and criminal legal systems.
