Reflections on U.S. Policy with Neera Tanden ’96, Former Director, U.S. Domestic Policy Council

The Ludwig Program in Public Sector Leadership is pleased to present Neera Tanden ’96, former Domestic Policy Advisor to President Biden in conversation with Luke Bronin, Senior Distinguished Fellow in Residence, Tsai Leadership Program.

Ms. Tanden led policy development for President Biden across domestic policy issues and directed the White House Domestic Policy Council. Previously, she was Senior Advisor and Staff Secretary in the White House, where she oversaw the decision-making process for the President on all issues, including national security, domestic policy and economic policy. Prior to her roles in the Biden-Harris Administration, Neera was the President and CEO of the Center for American Progress and the Center for American Progress Action Fund, one of the largest think tanks in the country.
