Dr. Harsini is the Cultivated Meat Bioprocessing Lead Scientist at the Good Food Institute. He holds a BSc in chemical engineering where he focused on process design and nanobiotechnology. He completed his MSc studies in biotechnology and his PhD in Cell Physiology and Molecular Biophysics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Cancer Center.
Dr. Harsini is also the Founder and CEO of Allied Scholars for Animal Protection (ASAP), a non-profit which mentors and supports animal advocates, especially student organizations, to effectively advocate for human and non-human animals alike.
