Please join the Solomon Center for Health Law & Policy at Yale Law School for a panel discussion on long-term care in the US. The panel will provide an overview of the current provision and financing of long-term care in the United States. Panelists will explore the benefits and challenges associated with these different models, including nursing homes and home and community-based services. The conversation will also cover recent increases in private equity ownership of nursing homes and promising areas for reform.
