As students at Yale Law School, Basha Rubin ’10 and Mirra Levitt ’10 discussed how the traditional law firm business model could be disrupted by the Great Recession. After graduating, they founded Priori, an online legal services marketplace that makes access to legal services more transparent, cost-effective, and efficient.
