Yuping Lin obtained her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Law at Peking University Law School. Then she was admitted to the LLM program of Yale Law School and obtained the degree in June 2021. After that, she started her Ph.D. at Peking University Law School and J.S.D. at Yale Law School. She is now doctoral degree candidates at both Peking University Law School and Yale Law School.
She is interested in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and data governance of China and the U.S. Now her research focuses on the difference between China and the U.S. in government’s role in informational development. Her J.S.D. supervisor committees are Professor Nicholas Parrillo, Professor Taisu Zhang and Professor Jack Balkin.
