Butler ’11 Receives Francis Lieber Prize

Jay Butler ’11, Assistant Professor of Law at William & Mary Law School, has been recognized with the Francis Lieber Prize. The prize is granted by the American Society of International Law for the most outstanding article published in 2017 in the field of law and armed conflict. 

Butler's article titled "Amnestry for Even the Worst Offenders," earned him this recognition. Read more about Butler's work here.
