Health Policy Speaker Series: Top Healthcare Trends in 2015, Tuesday November 18th

Ted Kennedy, Jr., newly elected State Senator for Connecticut's 12th District, will be hosted by the Yale School of Public Health's Department of Health Policy and Management for a discussion on the most pressing state and national health policy issues for 2015.  The free event will occur from 5:30pm-7pm at Hope 126, Lecture Hall, 315 Cedar St., New Haven, CT 06510.  Mr. Kennedy is a member of the firm Epstein Becker Green, in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in Stamford, CT.  He has been a leading health care regulatory attorney, counseling clients on the critical legal and reimbursement policy issues and changes facing hospitals, post-acute providers, government and commercial insurance entities, and life sciences companies.  Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Kennedy co-founded and served as President of the Marwood Group, a health care focused strategic advisory and financial services firm that advised hundreds of the nation's foremost health care companies, institutional investors, and trade associations.  He has also been an active leader in the movement to expand opportunities for persons with disabilities, advising employers about how to create and enhance such opportunities, and serving on the board of numerous disability advocacy organizations.
