Jessie Liu ’98: Next U.S. Attorney for DC

The Washington Post reports that the White House has chosen Jessie K. Liu ’98 to be the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. Liu ’98 is a former Justice Department deputy assistant attorney general who began serving in the Justice Department as a prosecutor from 2002 to 2006. She has also worked in the national security division at the Justice Department and has been in private practice at Morrison & Foerster and Jenner & Block. Read the full Washington Post story here.
