Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster Associate Megan E. Delehanty ’05 presented at a Boston Bar Association (BBA) program entitled “Title Insurance 101 – The Basics and a Bit More,” on January 11, 2019. As a component of their weekly educational series entitled “Friday Fundamentals,” the presentation addressed the basics of title insurance through the perspective of both the insured and the title underwriter.

As an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice, Delehanty represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters. The financing transactions she handles include construction and permanent loans, senior and mezzanine financings, syndicated loans, and multistate portfolio loans secured by multifamily, office and industrial properties located in Massachusetts and throughout the United States. Delehanty also advises developers and contractors using AIA construction and design contracts.
