P. Holtzman ’87 Named to American Arbitration Association National Panels

(Boston, MA) – Krokidas & Bluestein LLP Attorney and Partner Paul Holtzman ’87 has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Employment Arbitrators, as well as their National Panel of Mediator Neutrals. Mr. Holtzman has extensive experience both as an advocate and a neutral in all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), serving as a mediator in employment and other disputes for the United States District Court, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and through a private mediation practice.

As a mediator, Mr. Holtzman handles disputes involving all aspects of employment, contract, and civil rights disputes. Matters include individual and class action cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, and other employment and civil rights matters, as well as contract and partnership disputes, and disputes regarding non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. As an arbitrator, he adjudicates the full range of employment-related disputes.  He works nationally, with his primary focus in the New England area.
