Professor Ackerman Speaks at National Constitution Center
Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science Bruce Ackerman ’67 discussed his new book Revolutionary Constitutions: Charismatic Leadership and the Rule of Law at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia in conversation with National Constitution Center President Jeffrey Rosen ’91.
In Revolutionary Constitutions, Ackerman draws on years of historical analysis and comparative constitutionalism to explore how constitutional change happens in the United States and in countries such as India, South Africa, Italy, France, Poland, Burma, Israel, and Iran.
