Tomiko Brown-Nagin ’97 has been elected to the American Philosophical Society. She is the Dean of Harvard Radcliffe Institute, Daniel P.S. Paul Professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard Law School, Professor of History, Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Chair of the Presidential Committee on Harvard and the Legacy of Slavery at Harvard University. 

Election to the American Philosophical Society honors extraordinary accomplishments in all fields. The APS is unusual among learned societies because its Membership is composed of top scholars from a wide variety of academic disciplines.
