This lunch discussion offers students a unique opportunity to engage with some of the justices (and law clerks) of the Connecticut Supreme Court in a small-group setting. Over lunch, the justices will share their perspectives on the work of the Court, the role of judicial clerks, and what they look for in clerkship applicants. The discussion will also highlight the benefits of clerking on a state court of last resort, including the breadth of cases the Court hears and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of state law. Students will have the chance to ask questions and gain insight into judicial clerkships in a welcoming and accessible environment.
