Center faculty and fellows will discuss the Center's work, and the many ways in which students can get involved, at an informal meet-and-greet lunch event.
After an initial introduction, individual Center fellows will be available in 'Breakout rooms.'

The Paul Tsai China Center is the primary home for activities related to China at Yale Law School. Founded in 1999, the Center is a unique institution focused on research, teaching, and activist projects in the areas of Chinese legal reform and U.S.-China relations.

We are proud of our Center’s track record of concrete impact both in China and the United States. Several of our current and former fellows have recently joined the Biden Administration in important foreign policy positions:  

• Jake Sullivan, Non-Resident Senior Fellow, has been named National Security Advisor to President Biden.  
• Jeff Prescott, former Deputy Director, has been nominated to serve as the Deputy U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.   
• Mira Rapp-Hooper, Senior Fellow, has joined the State Department as a Senior Advisor on China in the Office of Policy Planning.  
• Rush Doshi, Brookings-Yale Fellow, has been named a China Director on the National Security Council.   

At the upcoming Open House, current fellows will be available to discuss their ongoing projects and opportunities for students to work with the Center to explore their interests and goals related to China, U.S.-China relations, Chinese law and governance, and U.S. foreign policy.
