Human Rights Workshop: Monique Clesca

Monique Clesca spoke to the Human Rights Workshop on September 23, 2021. She serves on the civil society Commission to find a Haitian Solution to the Haiti Crisis and is a member of the Haiti Think Tank. She is currently an international consultant after a career of more than 25 years specializing in high-level policy dialogue, human rights, youth and women programming, development and crisis communication and writing.
