The Law and Philosophy Speakers Series brings together our community for engaging conversations with leading thinkers in moral and legal philosophy. Each event is built around an in-depth discussion, giving students and faculty a chance to talk directly with our guests about their current work, but it is a welcoming space to ask questions, challenge arguments, and share in a collective exploration of the field.
The 2025–2026 series is co-convened by Santiago Carbajal, Tomás Churba, and Avital Fried.
Readings
The format for this series is pre-read. Papers are circulated in advance and participants are expected to read them prior to the meeting, as there are usually no presentations during the sessions. To be added to the distribution list for papers, please contact Santiago Carbajal, Tomás Churba, or Avital Fried.
