Student Conduct

The Law School’s Rights and Duties govern student conduct. Although the Rights and Duties of Members of the Yale Law School provide for formal disciplinary procedures when necessary to sanction violations, the R&D provides for, and the Faculty encourages, non-adversarial resolution in appropriate circumstances.

A member of the Law School who believes that they have been injured by a violation of the Law School’s Rights & Duties should consult with the Dean or the Dean’s Representative.
