Symposium on the Market as a Legal Construct
September 20-21, 2019
Co-sponsored with the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Tel Aviv University and Yale Law School’s Law and Political Economy Project. The event, convened to investigate the legal foundations of market orders, brought together scholars from the U.S. and overseas. The participants explored the intersections of private law and the markets’ operation. The papers discussed during the Symposium will be published in a special issue of the journal Law and Contemporary Problems.
