Alumni Weekend 2008

October 3-5

Over one thousand YLS alums and their guests returned to the Law School for Alumni Weekend 2008 on October 3-5 to see classmates and other Law School friends, to join in discussions about hot button issues of national security, health care, the economy, immigration, and the environment, and to attend various other events. Honoring Charles Reich ’52 and John Simon ’53 and hearing about John T. Baker and Catherine Roraback ’48 were the highlights of our Saturday luncheon. Current students and alumni enjoyed croissants and talk about common interests at Saturday’s Breakfast Connections. And, President Bill Clinton '73 spoke to an audience of YLS alums, faculty, and students about global challenges before the Saturday afternoon class events began. Throughout the Weekend, alumni relaxed in the Student Lounge, the Alumni Reading Room, and the familiar hallways and courtyard. By all accounts, it was a spectacular weekend!

For those of you who want to remember the Weekend, and for those who were unable to attend and want to get a flavor for what occurred, please take a look at the terrific photo gallery we’ve assembled.
